Q: Can you replicate a shape for me?
A: I can only replicate a shape for you if it's an existing design that you have personally made. I will not replicate other existing companies shapes as that is not fair to their hard work and dedication to their craft.
Q: How long will it take to receive my mold?
A: Depending on lead times and how backlogged I am, expect to receive your mold in 2-3 weeks. This is to allocate for the design phase and the actual manufacturing process.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is free on mold kits for domestic orders. Internationally shipping 36 USD for USPS Priority. First class shipping is 4 USD domestic and $16 USD internationally
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Within the US, you should receive your package in 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. or 1-5 business days via First Class mail.
International shipping will take 6-10 business days. 14-21 for First Class.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: I do ship internationally via Priority Mail. International shipping is a flat $35 USD.
Q: My mold arrived broken!
A: In the unlikely event that this happens, message me and I will send you another mold.
Q: I don't like my mold, can I get a refund?
A: Because everything is custom designed, I cannot offer a refund on this basis.
